Delete your Archy account in the app or request deletion by email

This public page explains how to delete the account and associated data used by Archy on web/PWA and mobile apps. It is accessible without signing in.

Delete directly in the app

If you can sign in to Archy, follow the in-app path below. After you submit the withdrawal form, Archy starts deleting the account and associated service data.

If you cannot sign in

If you cannot sign in or cannot access the in-app deletion screen, email us to request account deletion. Include your account email, sign-in provider, and request details so we can verify ownership faster.

Data deleted

After your request is verified, Archy deletes personal data and study data associated with your account.

  • Account profile and login identifiers
  • Course and lecture records
  • Recording records and processing state
  • Transcripts, summaries, notes, and review materials
  • Uploaded course materials and lecture links
  • Custom formats and settings

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, dispute handling, security, billing/refund records, or service reliability analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Transaction, billing, refund, or support records required by law
  • Minimum operational records such as abuse-prevention and security logs
  • Quality-improvement materials such as timetable OCR screenshots only for the period described in the Privacy Policy, then deleted
  • Raw audio follows the principle of deletion without delay after transcription processing

Processing time

In-app withdrawal is received immediately. Email requests are reviewed within a reasonable period after receipt. We may reply to request additional identity verification if needed.
